Warrior Wash Oak Creek Responsibility Disclaimer

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the car wash services. Warrior Wash Oak Creek reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Right to Refuse Service

Warrior Wash Oak Creek may refuse to wash a vehicle if it has excessive pre-existing damage, could potentially damage our equipment or other vehicles, or if we believe it is unsafe for washing.

Vehicle Restrictions

Our wash cannot accommodate vehicles over 7’2” (86 inches) in height.

Video Recording and License Plate Capture

All vehicles and customers are video, and audio recorded on the premises.

Driver Responsibility

Any damage to our equipment or any vehicle due to driver error or negligence will be the driver’s responsibility. This includes damage done to the driver's vehicle.

Vehicle Responsibility

We do not represent that using our wash is suitable for your vehicle(s).

Damage Reporting

Any damage alleged to be caused by the wash must be reported before leaving the premises. An employee will collect your information, and a representative of the company will respond after an investigation is completed.

Incomplete Claim Processing

Damage claims that remain incomplete for more than 30 days will automatically be closed and considered denied.

Liability Disclaimer

By using our wash services, you agree that we are not liable for damage to the following items: Antennas, luggage or roof racks, spoilers, non-factory installed items, running boards, side view mirrors, wiper blades, previous damage, manufacturer defects, ladders, pinstriping or graphics, magnets, bug shields, oversized tires and/or rims, rims with low profile tires, loose, glued, or clipped items, or any vehicle more than 7 years old.

Before entering the wash, drivers are recommended to:

Empty Truck Beds

All items and debris must be removed from the truck bed before entering the wash. The truck driver or owner is responsible for any damage to their vehicle, or our equipment caused by loose debris.

Fold in Side Mirrors

We strongly recommend folding all mirrors. Warrior Wash Oak Creek is not responsible for any damage caused to side mirrors.

Lower or Remove Antennas

We strongly recommend lowering or removing all antennas. Warrior Wash Oak Creek is not responsible for damage to or caused by antennas.

Disengage Automatic Functions

This includes automatic wipers, automatic brakes, automatic parking, etc.

Remove Trailer Hitches

We strongly recommend removing all trailer hitches.

Vehicle Responsibility

We do not represent that using our wash is suitable for your vehicle(s).

Warrior Wash Oak Creek Responsibility

Warrior Wash Oak Creek equipment is high quality and well maintained. However, rare malfunctions may arise. We are only responsible for damage caused by equipment malfunctions and will cover the repair costs if the damage falls outside of the liability disclaimer.

Warrior Wash Oak Creek Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy

Refunds, partial refunds, credits, or discounts are given at the sole discretion of Warrior Wash Oak Creek employees. We are unable to process refunds for transactions older than 120 days.

Refusal of Service Due to Misuse

Warrior Wash Oak Creek reserves the right to refuse service due to abuse, misuse, failure to follow car wash rules, or safety reasons. Refusal may occur with or without notice, and no refunds will be provided.

Temporary Closures

Warrior Wash Oak Creek aims to operate during posted business hours, but may have temporary closures due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment failure, or other reasons. No refunds, adjustments, or credits will be given for temporary closures.

Price Changes

Warrior Wash Oak Creek reserves the right to increase rates without prior notice.

By successfully purchasing and completing a car wash service, you accept these terms and conditions.
